SwimLab AI analysis & swimmer report Offline

Analyze the swim right here in Admin. The video frames stay in this browser, SwimLab AI tracks the swimmer, and the report can be sent straight into the publish fields below for swimmers and parents to read after login.

Choose a video, then click Analyze with SwimLab AI.

SwimLab AI is ready. It uses the bundled model files already inside this site.

What these SwimLab AI settings do
ViewTell SwimLab AI where the camera is. Side underwater is best for body line, kick, and timing. Front underwater helps compare left and right. Mixed is a backup when you are not sure.
FPS sampleHow many video moments are checked each second. Higher catches more detail but takes longer. Start at 4; use 6-8 for fast sprint clips.
Max framesThe most moments SwimLab AI will inspect. Higher checks more of a long video but runs slower. Short 6-12 second clips usually need less.
Frame sizeHow large each frame is before analysis. Higher can help a small or far-away swimmer, but it is slower. 720 is the best starting point.
Tracking strictnessHow picky SwimLab AI is about body tracking. Lower accepts more underwater frames; higher uses only very clear frames. For underwater clips, 0.2-0.35 usually works best.

Changing these settings does not change the uploaded video. It only changes how SwimLab AI reads the clip. If you see a low swimmer-view number, lower Tracking strictness first, then try a side-underwater clip with the whole swimmer in frame.

SwimLab AI report preview

After analysis, SwimLab will explain what the numbers mean, what the swimmer should fix, why it matters, drills to do, and what to check next session.

Athlee video + EO numbers Optional

Use Athlee for clean swim video and add EO SwimBETTER numbers when you have them. SwimLab AI combines the video read with the EO numbers to explain what is helping speed and what needs work.

1

Track EO performance numbers

Paste EO text, add screenshots, or type the numbers. SwimLab AI uses these to explain speed, rhythm, force, and efficiency in plain language.

1. ExportCopy EO text or open the clearest data screenshot.
2. AddPaste the text, or choose multiple screenshots and read them here.
3. CheckMake sure the fields below filled correctly. Edit any OCR mistakes.
4. PublishUse the SwimLab AI report so the swimmer gets simple takeaways, not raw data.
Best source: copied EO text. Screenshots work best when cropped around the numbers table and added in the same order as the swim.
Paste with Command+V, Ctrl+V, or drop PNG/JPG screenshots here.

No screenshots chosen yet.

Stroke rateHow fast the arms cycle. Faster is useful only if distance per stroke stays strong.
DPSDistance per stroke. Higher usually means the swimmer is holding water and traveling farther each pull.
Force / powerHow much effort is going into the pull. The goal is useful force that holds across the swim.
Propulsive %How much effort moves the swimmer forward instead of creating drag.

Other ways to draft optional

SwimLab AI analysis is built into this admin page
Use Step 2 for automatic stroke tracking and a parent-ready report. Preset draft remains available here as a quick rule-based fallback from your focus tags, level, EO paste box and notes.

SwimLab AI runs inside this browser. Always review before publishing.
